Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is authorized. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Available destinations, shipping methods, and shipping charges are shown at checkout. We currently focus on shipping within the United States.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier capacity, weather, holidays, address issues, and other events may affect delivery.

Please check that your address, apartment or unit number, phone number, and email are correct. Contact info@avinoetrike.com immediately if an address needs correction.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package and product before use and contact us within 48 hours. Do not ride or charge a product that appears damaged.
