Refund Policy

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. The Igofor EM301 Trifold e-Mobility Scooter must be unused, unridden, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included parts.

Start a return by emailing info@avinoetrike.com with your order number and reason. Wait for return instructions before shipping anything.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please report damaged or incorrect orders within 48 hours with photos.

We may decline returns for items that have been ridden, used, modified, or returned without original components. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
